Fall Family Campout

ARRIVAL
If Camping on Friday, arrive between 6-8 pm. Camp Wisdom, 6400 Red Bird Lane, Dallas, TX 75236.  we are camping in the Dry Gulch Campsite. Once we check in Friday will receive a code to the gate that will be emailed/texted out.

CAMPFIRE
At sunset on Saturday, we will have a campfire with skits, songs, and storytelling.

FAMILY CAMPING GEAR
Tent & Ground Cloth • Sleeping Bags or Blankets • Sleeping Pad or Air Mattress • Pillows • Camping Chairs • Bug Repellent •  Mess Kit (plate, cup, fork)

6 CUB SCOUT ESSENTIALS FOR OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
Filled Water Bottle • First Aid Kit • Flashlight • Sun Protection • Trail Food • Emergency Whistle

PERSONAL ESSENTIALS
Cub Scout Uniform • Pack T-shirt • Jeans • Poncho or Raincoat • Pajamas • Durable Shoes • Hat • Extra socks, shoes, and other clothing. Please wear Class A to camp. You may change as soon as you arrive.

MEALS
The cost per person for food and supplies is $15. If anyone has dietary restrictions, please indicate them on your registration so we can accommodate them.

Friday Night: Cracker Barrel Snacks
Saturday breakfast: Breakfast Tacos
Saturday lunch: Grilled Sandwiches, Soup, and Fruit
Saturday dinner: Pasta with meat sauce or Chicken Alfredo, Cobbler
Sunday Breakfast: Breakfast Sandwiches

ANNUAL HEALTH AND MEDICAL RECORD PARTS A/B and COVID forms
A medical form is required to be on file for each person camping, including adults and siblings. Please complete and turn in to your den leader before the campout.
